Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• The Service is for adults only.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the right to access adult content where you live.
• You must not misrepresent your age.
• If local laws prohibit the Service, do not use it.
• We may deny access to any person at our discretion.

2. Accounts

• You may create only one account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• If we detect cheating, abuse, fraud or violations of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
• We log IP addresses associated with account activity. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same IP address, we may investigate and take enforcement action including suspension of all related accounts.
• You may request account deletion at any time. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

3. Virtual items, cards and Coins

The Service includes virtual items such as cards and a virtual in-game currency called Coins.

• Coins and cards may only move between users through marketplace trades. Off platform transfers, selling accounts, and real money trading are not allowed.
• We may remove or revoke items or Coins obtained through bugs, exploits, cheating or rule violations.
• Coins may also be credited as a thank-you when you make a voluntary donation (see Section 4 below). These are not purchases — they are discretionary gestures from us in appreciation of your support.

4. Voluntary donations

We offer an optional donation system through PayPal.me. Donations are entirely voluntary and are made as a contribution to support the development of the Service.

By making a donation you confirm that you have read and understood this section and that your donation is made voluntarily with no expectation of goods, services or financial return.

5. Marketplace rules

You must use the marketplace fairly. This includes:

• No price manipulation or spoofing
• No wash trading
• No using bots or scripts
• No attempts to farm or artificially inflate value
• No real money trading or off platform deals

• The marketplace applies a fee to completed trades. We may modify fees at any time.
• We may reverse trades or remove listings if they violate rules or harm the game economy.
• All trades are final unless reversed by us for fraud or error.
• We do not guarantee market prices or liquidity. You use the marketplace at your own risk.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use bots, automation, scrapers or reverse engineering tools
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security systems
• Attack servers or tamper with network traffic
• Attempt to circumvent 18+ restrictions
• Harass, threaten or abuse others
• Access the Service through unauthorized clients
• Upload or share illegal, harmful or non consensual content
• Engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Send messages or upload media depicting private individuals ("IRLs"). Only media depicting publicly recognised adult performers (pornstars) is permitted in chat. Anything depicting yourself, friends, ex-partners, classmates, co-workers, family members or any other person who is not a publicly recognised adult performer is strictly prohibited.
• Send any sexually explicit content depicting minors. Such material will be removed immediately, the account permanently banned, and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
• Send non-consensual, "revenge porn", deepfake, leaked, stolen, hidden-camera or otherwise unlawfully obtained media of any person.
• Use chat to dox, threaten, harass, defame or impersonate another person.
• Send spam, scams, phishing, malware, unsolicited promotional content or solicit off-platform transactions or contact details.

We log IP addresses as part of our abuse detection systems. This data is used to investigate violations, enforce bans and prevent circumvention. IP data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may permanently suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. User-generated content and in-game chat

The Service includes a public chat lobby and direct messages between mutual friends. Any message, image, GIF or other content you send through chat is "User Content". You alone are responsible for your User Content. We do not pre-moderate User Content and do not vouch for, endorse, verify or guarantee anything posted by other users.

By submitting User Content you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the content for the limited purposes described in these Terms and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, publicity, privacy, contract or otherwise).
• The content depicts only publicly recognised adult performers and not any private individual.
• The content does not depict any person under 18 in any sexual context.
• The content is not non-consensual, deepfake, leaked, stolen, doxxing, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, malware, spam or otherwise unlawful.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, time-limited licence to host, store, transmit, display, transcode and process the content solely for the purpose of delivering it to the intended recipient(s) within the Service and operating the chat feature.

We retain the right (but not the obligation) at any time and without prior notice to:

• Remove, restrict, blur, expire or refuse to deliver any User Content.
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts that send prohibited content.
• Review reported messages, including direct messages where there is a credible report of abuse or unlawful content.
• Cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, rights holders or platform partners where required.

Chat content is stored on our infrastructure for up to 7 days and then deleted automatically. Uploaded media is deleted alongside the corresponding message. Backups may briefly retain content per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

To report a message or attachment, email [email protected] with the conversation and a description of the issue. To submit a DMCA-style request relating to chat media, see Section 9.

No liability for User Content. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all liability for User Content sent by other users, including its accuracy, legality, decency, safety, source, originality or any harm that may arise from viewing or relying on it. You use chat and interact with other users at your own risk.

8. Content, IP and performer rights

• Real world performer names, likenesses or references shown in the game are used in a fictional or transformative context. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
• Rights holders who believe we are using content without permission may contact us at: [email protected]
• We will review and respond to valid copyright requests.

9. DMCA and copyright policy

We respond to legitimate DMCA style copyright notices, including notices relating to media uploaded through in-game chat.

A copyright notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement that the information is accurate
• A signature (physical or electronic)

We may remove or restrict access to disputed content. We also process counter notices as required by law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.

11. No gambling and no financial value

• The Service does not involve gambling or real world wagering.
• Packs and cards are entertainment items.
• Their value exists only inside the game.
• You cannot convert items into money.
• You cannot expect profit from gameplay.
• Any resemblance to gambling mechanics is purely for entertainment.

12. Service availability and changes

We may modify, update or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

This includes:

• Card stats
• Marketplace rules
• Odds
• Features
• Game balance
• Fees
• UI changes
• Temporary downtime

We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.

We are not responsible for data loss caused by crashes, maintenance or network issues.

13. Enforcement

We may take action if we believe your account harms the Service or violates these Terms. Actions may include:

• Warnings
• Rate limits
• Marketplace restrictions
• Removal of items
• Transaction rollbacks
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• IP-level blocks to prevent re-registration

We use IP address logging as part of our enforcement process. Where an account is banned for serious abuse, we may apply an IP-level block to prevent the creation of new accounts from the same address or range.

We may take these actions without prior notice.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be error free
• That the Service will be always available
• That prices or item values will remain stable
• That the game is suitable for your specific purpose

You use the Service at your own risk.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages.
• We are not responsible for losses of virtual items, Coins or progress.
• We are not liable for any User Content sent by other users in chat, including its accuracy, legality, source, decency, originality, or any harm that may arise from viewing, downloading, sharing or relying on it. You use chat and interact with other users entirely at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any other user of the Service, in chat or elsewhere, whether online or offline.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you voluntarily donated to us in the 12 months before the claim, as processed via PayPal.
• Voluntary donations are non-refundable gestures of support and do not constitute purchases. They are not covered by consumer purchase protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide a notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
