Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• The Service is for adults only.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the right to access adult content where you live.
• You must not misrepresent your age.
• If local laws prohibit the Service, do not use it.
• We may deny access to any person at our discretion.

2. Accounts

• You may create only one account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• If we detect cheating, abuse, fraud or violations of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
• We log IP addresses associated with account activity. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same IP address, we may investigate and take enforcement action including suspension of all related accounts.
• You may request account deletion at any time. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

3. Virtual items, cards and Coins

The Service includes virtual items such as cards and a virtual in-game currency called Coins.

• Coins and cards may only move between users through marketplace trades. Off platform transfers, selling accounts, and real money trading are not allowed.
• We may remove or revoke items or Coins obtained through bugs, exploits, cheating or rule violations.
• Coins may also be credited as a thank-you when you make a voluntary donation (see Section 4 below). These are not purchases — they are discretionary gestures from us in appreciation of your support.

4. Voluntary donations

We offer an optional donation system through PayPal.me. Donations are entirely voluntary and are made as a contribution to support the development of the Service.

By making a donation you confirm that you have read and understood this section and that your donation is made voluntarily with no expectation of goods, services or financial return.

5. Marketplace rules

You must use the marketplace fairly. This includes:

• No price manipulation or spoofing
• No wash trading
• No using bots or scripts
• No attempts to farm or artificially inflate value
• No real money trading or off platform deals

• The marketplace applies a fee to completed trades. We may modify fees at any time.
• We may reverse trades or remove listings if they violate rules or harm the game economy.
• All trades are final unless reversed by us for fraud or error.
• We do not guarantee market prices or liquidity. You use the marketplace at your own risk.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use bots, automation, scrapers or reverse engineering tools
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security systems
• Attack servers or tamper with network traffic
• Attempt to circumvent 18+ restrictions
• Harass, threaten or abuse others
• Access the Service through unauthorized clients
• Upload or share illegal, harmful or non consensual content
• Engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity

We log IP addresses as part of our abuse detection systems. This data is used to investigate violations, enforce bans and prevent circumvention. IP data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may permanently suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Content, IP and performer rights

• Real world performer names, likenesses or references shown in the game are used in a fictional or transformative context. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

• We will review and respond to valid copyright requests.

8. DMCA and copyright policy

We respond to legitimate DMCA style copyright notices.

A copyright notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement that the information is accurate
• A signature (physical or electronic)

We may remove or restrict access to disputed content. We also process counter notices as required by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.

10. No gambling and no financial value

• The Service does not involve gambling or real world wagering.
• Packs and cards are entertainment items.
• Their value exists only inside the game.
• You cannot convert items into money.
• You cannot expect profit from gameplay.
• Any resemblance to gambling mechanics is purely for entertainment.

11. Service availability and changes

We may modify, update or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

This includes:

• Card stats
• Marketplace rules
• Odds
• Features
• Game balance
• Fees
• UI changes
• Temporary downtime

We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.

We are not responsible for data loss caused by crashes, maintenance or network issues.

12. Enforcement

We may take action if we believe your account harms the Service or violates these Terms. Actions may include:

• Warnings
• Rate limits
• Marketplace restrictions
• Removal of items
• Transaction rollbacks
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• IP-level blocks to prevent re-registration

We use IP address logging as part of our enforcement process. Where an account is banned for serious abuse, we may apply an IP-level block to prevent the creation of new accounts from the same address or range.

We may take these actions without prior notice.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be error free
• That the Service will be always available
• That prices or item values will remain stable
• That the game is suitable for your specific purpose

You use the Service at your own risk.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages.
• We are not responsible for losses of virtual items, Coins or progress.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you voluntarily donated to us in the 12 months before the claim, as processed via PayPal.
• Voluntary donations are non-refundable gestures of support and do not constitute purchases. They are not covered by consumer purchase protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide a notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
